1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
- Custom or made-to-order parts are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and details. We will provide a return authorization number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
4. Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
